Joseph Chu is a Senior Advisor to Wisteria court.

Joes has over 20 years experience raising and analyzing debt capital for infrastructure assets at Barclays, XL Capital Assurance and Assured Guaranty.  He has experience in investment grade and leveraged finance for utilities, power, renewables, telecom, structured municipal transactions in the US, the UK, Australia and Latin America.  He has extensive experience in all phases of debt transaction management:  Origination, credit analysis, due diligence, structuring, documentation and closing.

Deal highlights include Latin American Renewables Deal of the Year by Project Finance Magazine for a debt financing with OPIC of T-Solar’s 44MW Majes/Repartition photovoltaic power plant in Peru.

Joseph holds a CFA Charter, and MBA with honors from Columbia Business School and a BA from Columbia College in the City of New York.
