Regis has more than 20 years of Latin American experience in structured commodities finance, structured credit, securitization and distressed debt with global bulge bracket banks including Deutsche Bank, Standard Bank, Citigroup, Natixis and Itau.

 Regis has structured more than $ 2 billion of transactions.

Regis implemented Citigroup’s commodities finance business for Latin America with focus on agribusiness. Structured deals backed by commercial export contracts, future cash flows, over-collateralization of assets, commodities inventories, and price hedging.

At Standard Bank Regis ran the Structured Credit Products effort where he originated and structured leveraged and commodity finance transactions (hard & soft commodities), including commodities purchase and sale agreements and syndicated loans backed by receivables, commodities inventory, monitoring by surveillance companies, and price hedging.

At Deutsche Bank Regis structured securitization deals of non-traditional asset classes such as distressed assets, julti-counterparty trade receivables, among others.

Regis is fluent in Portuguese, Spanish, French, English and German.

Regis has his MBA from Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.
